No injuries reported in school bus crash in Dover Twp.

No one was hurt when a vehicle rear-ended a school bus carrying elementary students in Dover Township Tuesday morning, according to Northern York County Regional Police.

The crash happened around 8:22 a.m. along Hilton Avenue near Staunton Avenue. The impact of the crash forced the car’s hood underneath the bus’ rear bumper.

The students were placed on another school bus and taken to Weigelstown Elementary where they were back in the classroom shortly after 9 a.m., according to Dover Area School District officials.
