A federal grand jury in Harrisburg has indicted David Thomas Macon, Jr., with possessing a stolen firearm and possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony.
The indictment stems from a joint investigation by Harrisburg City Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as part of a coordinated effort to prosecute violent crime in Harrisburg involving firearms.
If convicted Macon could be sentenced to 10 years in federal prison, a term of probation following release and a fine.
