UPDATE: State Police identify the bicyclist in the fatal as David Wilson, 41, of Mechanicsburg. The driver of the tanker truck is David Wilson, 58, of Mechanicsburg.
Pennsylvania State Police at the scene of a fatal crash in Cumberland County. It happened about 1:19 pm this afternoon at the intersection of York Road, Route 74 and Old Stone-house Road, in Monroe Township.. Police say a tanker truck struck the bicyclist killing that person. So far no word on the identity of the victim.
State Police say their investigation continues.
