Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy took a shot at a different sport in Harrisburg on Saturday. The former Bishop McDevitt High School football star hosted the first ever “Shady Shoot-out” Celebrity Basketball Game at his alma mater.
McCoy, along with several of his Eagles teammates, took on the Harrisburg Horizon professional basketball team.
All proceeds from the “Shady Shoot-out” will benefit the LeSean McCoy Foundation, which raises funds for people struggling with ALS, as well as ALS research.
“It’s for a great cause. LeSean gives a lot back to the community and he has always been great to my kids, so when I saw this was happening, I don’t know if we were first in line, but we were probably pretty close,” says Kenny Myers of Lancaster.
So who won the game?
