Members of the United States Marshal Task Force arrest a Lancaster County shooting suspect in York City.  Joshua Rojas, 29, was wanted for a shooting on March 8th in Manheim Township. Rojas allegedly shot the victim after getting into a verbal argument. The victim was struck multiple times in the lower body.

Manheim Township Police requested assistance from the U.S. Marshal Service in locating Rojas. Information developed that Rojas had fled to the York area.

U.S. Marshals located Rojas in the 600  block of West King Street. He was captured after attempting to run away. In addition to York City Police, York County Detectives and York County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted with the arrest.

Charges against Rojas include Aggravated Assault, Criminal Conspiracy and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
