Shoplifting suspect surrenders himself to police

A retail theft suspect who reportedly threatened loss prevention employees at Kohl’s at Park City Center last month turns himself in to Lancaster City Police.  A Crime Stoppers tip lead police to identify Corry Phillips.

Phillips, after he was confronted, allegedly placed his hand inside his jacket and told a Loss Prevention employee that if he touched him he would pull out a weapon.

Charges against Phillips include terroristic threats and retail rheft.
