Storm drain gates stolen in Jackson Twp

Northern York County Regional Police say someone stole metal storm drain grates from a new development in Jackson Township.

The storm drain grates were stolen sometime between midnight on March 22nd and 7am on March 24th. The grates were taken from a portion of Dolomite Drive that is still under construction.

The grates are valued at $200 each.

    This happens all too often. Somebody needs to nail junk dealers who buy this stuff. Storm drain grates are not owned by private citizens.
