Dollar General Robbed in Jackson Township

Northern York County Regional Police responded to the Dollar General located on the 2100 block of Thistle Hill Drive for reports of an armed robbery.

Employees told police that around 9:00 p.m. an unidentified male dressed in all black came to the partially locked front doors and started to pull on the doors. The victim eventually entered the store and demanded money, he appeared to be holding a knife, police said.

Police said the robber fled the scene on foot heading west with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No employees were injured during the robbery.

Police are not sure if this is the same man who robbed the store before.
