FOX43’s Amy Lutz honored with Volunteer of the year Award

5.2 million Americans have Alzheimer’s disease, and 400,000 of those people live in Pennsylvania.    Officials with the Alzheimer’s Association’s Greater Pennsylvania Chapter say they couldn’t provide care to those living with the disease and their loved ones, without the help of their volunteers.
So tonight, the organization recognized those individuals at a ceremony at the Sheraton Hotel in Swatara Township.   FOX43 evening anchor Amy Lutz was not only nominated for her volunteer work, but was selected to be one of only a few recipients of the Outstanding Volunteer Service Award.    On behalf of everyone at FOX43, we would like to congratulate Amy on this wonderful recognition and thank her for her service to our  community.
