Man, 25, charged with stabbing woman in Harrisburg

Police have arrested and charged a manĀ  after they say he stabbed a woman in Harrisburg on Saturday during a domestic dispute.

At about 7:05 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1300 block of South 13th Street for an assault. The victim was taken to a local hospital with stab wounds to her body, face and neck. Police said the woman’s injuries are serious but do not appear to be life-threatening.

The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Steven R. Ball III, fled the scene but was captured after a brief foot chase near the PennDOT building.

Police did not specify the relationship between Ball and the woman.

Ball is charged with aggravated assault and flight to avoid apprehension.

    Watch the Clint Eastwood classic "Unforgiven" for the appropriate punishment for someone who cuts up a woman!

    Smiling on a mugshot with a charge like that, what a jackass. Hopefully he'll get that smile slapped off his face behind bars.
