Lancaster City police make an arrest in the weekend shooting of a teenager. Police arrested 16-year-old Ryan Rivera. They are charging him as an adult. Officers say the shooting happened Saturday night inside the Crispus Attucks Center on Howard Avenue. It happened during a private party at the center. The teenage victim was treated and released from Lancaster General Hospital. Rivera is facing several charges including aggravated assault.
