A 38-year-old Harrisburg man accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl is facing criminal charges, police said.
Eric Santiago Rodriguez Jr., 38, is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corruption of a minor, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault and indecent exposure.
The criminal charge comes after the child – a 12-year-old girl – reportedly told her mother and a school teacher about the abuse.
Rodriguez was arrested Friday and taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 21.
