Christina Bossinger, 16, who had been reported missing since March 25, was found unharmed in Georgia on Monday, police said.

Bossinger was reportedly last seen in Hummesltown getting into a 2006 Ford Ranger pickup that was reported stolen from Maryland. The vehicle was being driven by Joseph Brumfield, 21, of Chambersburg.

Police said the pair were taken into custody around 9:28 p.m. on Monday after a short foot pursuit with Clayton County Sheriff’s Deputies.

Brumfield is awaiting extradition back to Dauphin County. He is facing numerous charges including interference with the custody of children, receiving stolen property and corruption of minors.

Authorities are working with police in Georgia on Bossinger’s safe return home to her father.
