Update: on fatal crash in Dover Township

A 16-year-old boy died Tuesday after he sustained injuries from a crash on March 30 in Dover Township.

According to York County Coroner’s office John Jackson, of Dover died at 4:10 p.m. at York Hospital from head trauma he sustained in the crash.

He was the driver of a 1997 Jeep Cherokee that lost control from icy road conditions between Blackberry Road and Sky Top Trail and veered into the path of a Dodge Durango. He is the second person who died in the crash, Karen Lee Jackson, 52 was his passenger and she died at the scene.
