A Lancaster City teenage charged in a shooting at a private party at the Crispus Attucks Center on April 5, is now charged in the January 28 shooting of a 14 year old girl. City police filed charges today against 16 year old Ryan Rivera.  Police say that Rivera was one of the shooters in that incident. He is being charged as an adult for Aggravated Assault, Criminal Conspiracy to commit Aggravated Assault, Firearms not to be Carried Without a License and Recklessly Endangering.

The 14 year old was wounded in the cross fire during a gun battle between two groups in the 400 block of High Street. Two other suspects have been arrested in that shooting incident, 17 year old Curtis Cummins Anderson, and 19 year old Oliver Jordan, both of Lancaster.

Rivera is already being held at Lancaster County Prison for the Crispus Attucks Center shooting. He is expected to be arraigned at a later date on the new charges.
