Hundreds of candy-filled eggs were up for grabs at Fort Hunter Park in Harrisburg on Sunday. Children between the ages of two and nine snatched up as many of the colorful eggs as they could and put them in their Easter baskets during the annual egg hunt at the park. Many parents and children who came out, say the event is a yearly tradition for their families.
Erin Brown of Harrisburg says, “We came just for the kids to have fun. It’s a nice day, we do it every year. It’s just a good time.”
Children also enjoyed pony rides, a petting zoo, and face painting.
