The Susquehanna Township School District is the target of a $6 million lawsuit by it’s superintendent, Dr. Susan Kegerise. The civil action was filed in the U.S. Middle District Court in Harrisburg.
Dr. Kegerise, who has held her position since 2010, claims that she has been subjected to physical intimidation, verbal abuse, age, race and sex discrimination by members of the Susquehanna Township School Board. She also accuses the school district of breach of contract.
So far no response from the school district.
