…A FROST ADVISORY continues this morning through 8AM. This includes our southern counties, where the growing season has begun. Protect tender vegetation…
COOL & CLOUDY: We start with some subfreezing pockets and patchy frost. Clouds will fill the skies today, cutting off much of the warming potential. We’ll still do a good job, climbing into the upper 50s for highs. This evening, temperatures fall through the 50s, dropping to the low 40s overnight. Enjoy the cool & cloudy spring day.
SATURDAY: We’re dry with increasing sunshine through the day. Highs hit the low to middle 60s.
EASTER SUNDAY: Morning plans are mostly sunny and dry. Temperatures will start near 40° for those heading out for early morning services or outdoor activities. Travel across the state looks fine as well. We keep the mostly sunny skies for the day, with highs topping out in the middle 60s. It’s a great Sunday.
NEXT WEEK: We’re warming for Monday into Tuesday with the slow return of cloud cover. We will make it to the upper 60s Monday and Tuesday, with the chance for showers on Tuesday along a weak front. Wednesday, it cools to near 60° with a warm up for Thursday and Friday.
Make it a spectacular weekend. Happy Easter to those who celebrate the holiday.
