A York City man is wounded in an afternoon shooting in the city. It happened at about 5:31 pm. Investigators say that Shi-De Fells, 35, was shot in his right arm and right thigh in the 300 block of West Mason Avenue.
After he was shot Fells ran to Li’s Kitchen at the intersection of West Market and Newberry Streets. Fells was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.
