The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrest a 1981 Harrisburg murder suspect in Mineola, Texas. Joseph L. Miller, 78, had been living under the alias, Roy Eubanks.
Miller was wanted in the January 15, 1981 shooting death of Thomas Waller, of Harrisbug. It happened in the area of North 14th and Regina Streets. Waller had been sitting in a vehicle when he was shot to death. After the shooting, Miller disappeared.
Miller is awaiting extradition back to Harrisburg.
