Father and Daughter Arrested for Fraud

Law enforcement officials charge a Harrisburg businessman and his daughter in a $200,000 federal tax fraud case.  According to U.S. Attorney Peter smith, Paul Biko and Maura Whetsel failed to pay the IRS or account for employment tax money that was supposed to be withheld from wages of their workers.  Biko was the Chief Officer at Clearview Landscaping and Clearview Builders.  Whetsel was the Director of Finance and bookkeeper.
