York Special Ed teacher charged with drug trafficking

A 39 year old special education teacher is charged in Berks County with drug trafficking.  Megan Butler Warner, was arraigned today before a district justice.

The charges stem from a traffic stop by Spring Township Police on January 19, of this year. Warner was pulled over after she had driven through a red light.  A search of her vehicle revealed 97 bags of heroin.  Warner is charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin.

Following her arraignment, Warner was freed on $25,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for next month. Warner is listed as a special education teacher at Helen Thackston Charter School in York.

    That was my teacher i knew something was wrong wit her she was so skinny.
