A pedestrian was injured in Cumberland County on Friday after a driver hit woman on a busy road and then kept driving. The hit-and-run happened around 1:30 p.m. along the first block of Blair Court in Lower Frankford Township.
According to state police reports, the woman was dragged by the vehicle after being struck.
The victim suffered moderate injuries.
