The controversial Pennsylvania Voter ID Law has another strike against it. A Commonwealth Court judge shot down the state’s motion to re-instate the voter id law, calling it once again unconstitutional. The law would require everyone to show a state or federally issued id before being allowed to vote. The state now has less than a month to appeal to the State Supreme Court.
