A North Carolina man was arrested in York on Wednesday, after the York City Nuisance Abatement Unit executed a search warrant.
Police say Michael McIntosh from Charlotte, North Carolina was arrested at 608 S. Pershing Ave. after police searched the home.
McIntosh is being charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin. In the house police found $1,000 in heroin and $1,570 in cash.
