STILL SOME SHOWERS FOR SUNDAY

Showers across the region slowly fade into the evening hours, leaving most dry through the night. It’s quiet and seasonable with lows in the 40s. The clouds temporarily break apart, and return quickly Sunday morning. A weak front slides through, bringing a chance for some showers from late morning through the afternoon. Showers will be spotty and mainly light in nature. Skies begin clearing late in the day. Highs reach the 60s once again.

MAINLY DRY EARLY WEEK

A warm front sits just to our southwest for the beginning of next week, keeping us on the cooler side. Temperatures are near or just below seasonable averages Monday through Wednesday. Expect sunshine to get mixed with clouds at times, and a stray shower or two could sneak in, especially to the southwestern parts of the area.

WARMING UP!

Thursday the warm front begins to slide north, increase clouds and bringing a better chance for some showers. A thunderstorm is also possible. Highs jump into the 70s, and continue to climb into Friday. The front is completely north of us by then, ushering in some unseasonably warm air. Highs are near 80 degrees. Saturday a cold front approached the region, bring the chance for showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will still reach the 70s.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
