A Lebanon City man faces charges after allegedly giving false information on a background check to buy a firearm. Dannon Nunemaker, 30, attempted to buy a firearm on January 23 at Force Training and Equipment in Palmyra.  State Police say Nunemaker provided false information and was denied the purchase through the Pennsylvania Instant Check System.

Charges were filed today against Nunemaker include Sale or Transfer of Firearms and Unsworn Falsification to Authorities. Following arraignment Nunemaker was freed on $10,000 bail.
