For the past 12 years, McDonald’s all throughout Central Pennsylvania have launched the annual ‘Give A Hand’ fundraiser.
It supports seriously ill children and their families through Ronald McDonald House charities.
The house in Derry Township, Dauphin County offers lodging for families of sick or injured children receiving critical medical care at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital.
Some families with sick children have spent an upwards of 200 nights at the House in Hershey, and say the fundraiser and care they’ve received has been incredible.
The ‘Give a Hand’ fundraiser runs from May 1st-May 10th.
You can purchase a paper hand for $1, $3, or $5 at any McDonald’s restaurant in Central PA to help support the Ronald McDonald house in Hershey.
