York City man wanted on sexual assault charges surrenders to police

A York City man wanted on sexual assault charges involving two minors turns himself in to police in Cumberland County. Upper Allen Police had an arrest warrant for Jordan A. O’Berry, 23. The warrant charges O’Berry with multiple counts of sexual assault of two young girls on multiple occasions between 2006 and 2010.

The victim’s, who were acquaintances, ages ranged from 7 to 11 years old during the time of the assaults. O’Berry was between 14 to 18 years old at the time.

O’Berry is charged as an adult. Charges include Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Indecent Assault, Unlawful Contact with a Minor and Corruption of Minors. Following arraignment he was sent to Cumberland County Prison. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for later this month.
