It comes a few positions lower than anticipated but the Eagles grab Louisville pass rusher Marcus Smith with their pick in the first round of the NFL Draft.   Smith had 12.5 sacks as a defensive end for the Cardinals.   Philly is expected to move Smith to the outside linebacker position in their 3-4 defensive alignment.    The Eagles made a splash with the first round pick they didn’t even use.   Philadelphia traded the 22nd overall choice to Cleveland for the 26th pick in the first round along with a third round choice (83rd overall).    The Browns took Quarterback Johnny Manziel with that selection.
