York Co. man wanted on sex related charges involving minor arrested in West Virginia

A 53 year old York County man wanted on charges involving inappropriate communication with a minor is arrested in West Virginia.  Northern York County Regional Police began investigating John Corsaniti in February of 2013.  An arrest warrant for Corsaniti was issued on April 5, 2013.

Charges against Corsaniti include Promoting Prostitution-Encourage Prostitution, Corruption of Minors and Unlawful Contact with Minor.

In September of 2013, NYCRP requested assistance of the United States Marshal Service Fugitive Task Force in locating Corsaniti. Their investigation revealed that Corsaniti may fled to Maryland. Then information was developed that Corsaniti was in West Virginia.

Deputy U.S. Marshals assisted by local police arested Corsaniti this morning without incident in the 100 block of Dove Lane in Falling Water, West Virginia.  Corsaniti is being held in West Virginia pending his extradition to Pennsylvania.
