A Texas teen says he was given a two-day in-school suspension for refusing to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. Mason Michalec said he strongly opposed the U.S. government for spying on citizens and he disagrees with many of the internet laws. The 15-year-old had been refusing to stand for the Pledge for most of the year, but when a different teacher noticed his silent protest he was written up.
