A Harrisburg woman faces federal charges for masterminding a scheme that ripped off $140,000 from bank customers.  Tiffany Look, 39, was a branch manager at Mid Penn Bank and Members First Federal Credit Union between 2007 and 2013.

Look allegedly devised and carried out a scheme to obtain money from four customers of the institutions by taking out fraudulent loans in the customers’ names.

Federal prosecutors and Look have come to a plea agreement which is subject to approval by the court. If convicted, Look faces up to 20 years in federal prison and fines up to $250,000.
