Variety of wines enjoyed at Taste of PA

Hundreds of people took advantage of Saturday’s Spring-like weather to enjoy some sun and sample some wine.
It was part of the Sons of the American Legion’s Taste of Pennsylvania Festival, held on the grounds of the York Expo Center.
Attendees had the chance to sample wine from wineries all across the state. There was also live music and many vendors on site.
Organizers say the event is a great way to showcase the great wines Pennsylvania has to offer.
“We really try to work with all of our vendors and wineries and bring in an amazing quality of stuff.  It’s all Pennsylvania wines and so we try to highlight as much as we can,” says event organizer Matthew Davis.
Pennsylvania-brewed beers were on tap in a Beer Garden Saturday evening.
The Taste of PA continues Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the grounds of the York Expo Center.
