A group of college students in our area are supporting a great cause, while also attempting to break a world record.

Twenty-five stscooterudents from Messiah College, known as the ‘Night Razors,’ are riding on scooters for 24 hours.

Their goal is to break the Guinness World Recordfor most miles ridden within that time period.

The current record is 336 miles.

With each lap around the rink, they’re also raising money for The Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland.

“It’s an organ and tissue donation network system,” said freshman Benjamin Baker. “They help families with counseling after the hard times. They help families get money, go to the hospitals. They do everything in between from finding organs for an individual to helping the family.”
