Police charge a Lancaster County man for possession of drugs with intent to sell over the weekend.
According to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police, Luke Wilcox Morgan, 19, of Ephrata had over 15 ounces of marijuana and other drug related materials in his possession.
Morgan was released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
