Lower Swatara Township Police have arrested and charged an already registered Megan’s law offender for crimes against a minor.
Kenneth Keefer, of George Drive in Brookside Trailer Park, Dauphin County is being charged with indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors (2 felonies and a misdemeanor).
Keefer was arraigned and his bail was set at $200,000. He is currently in Dauphin County Prison.
