U.S. Marshals arrest York man wanted on sexual assault charges

A York City man wanted on multiple sexual assault charges is arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Robert Marquez, 46, was taken into custody without incident today at Penn and Market Streets.

Marquez is accused of sexual offenses involving a minor under the age of 13 that allegedly occurred between 2008 through 2010 in York City. Charges against Marquez include Indecent Assault and Corruption of Minors.
