BOIL WATER ADVISORY LIFTED TUESDAY AFTERNOON:

Capital Region Water issued a Boil Water Advisory early Monday morning for customers living between the 200 and 250 block of Hummel Street in Harrisburg. The advisory was issued due to a water main break that has since been repaired, according to Capital Region Water spokesman Andrew Bliss.

Customers in the affected area are advised to boil their water before using for drinking, making ice, washing dishes, brushing teeth and food preparation.

Capital Region Water will notify customers when the advisory is lifted, Bliss said.
