YORK CITY–A 30-year-old man was fatally shot early Monday morning in York City. Officers were called to to the first block of N. Pershing Ave around 1:57 a.m. for a report of shots fired.
Investigators found the victim, Emmanuel Morales, dead at the scene.
Police have not announced any arrests in the case.
