Police: Lebanon man accused of rubbing urine-soaked cloth in woman’s face

A Lebanon County man is facing criminal charges after being accused of rubbing a urine-soaked cloth in a woman’s face on Saturday during a domestic dispute, according to state police reports.

Brian M. Ulrich, 36, is charged with simple assault and harassment.

The incident happened along  Greble Road in Bethel Township.
