Officers were dispatched to the Walmart at 6535 Grayson Road in Swatara Township for a report of a bomb threat around 9:15 a.m. Tuesday.
Police evacuated the store while investigators and bomb-sniffing dogs attempted to locate a bomb, but soon found the threat to be unfounded.
Authorities said a suspect is being looked at and the investigation is ongoing.
Swatara Township police were assisted by multiple agencies including, Canines from the Dauphin County Sheriff’s Office, Pennsylvania State Police, Capitol Police and the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle.
