Police on Tuesday charged George Brown, 23, of Harrisburg with homicide in the December 2013 shooting death of Dailyl Jones.
According to police reports, officers were called to the 2100 Block of North 4th Street in Harrisburg on Dec. 12.
When authorities arrived on the scene, they found Dailyl Jones in the front seat of the car bleeding from a gunshot wound.
Jones was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Brown is charged with criminal homicide, robbery, conspiracy and firearms violations.
He remains in Dauphin County Prison without bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 6.
