Police: Man tied up and gagged during Shippensburg armed robbery

Police are looking for two men after a man was tied up and gagged during an armed robbery and home invasion in Shippensburg on Sunday, investigators said. It happened around 3 a.m. along the first block of North Penn Street.

According to police reports, a man was sitting on his front porch when two men approached him, pulled out a gun and demanded money.

When the victim told the men he didn’t have any money on him– the pair forced him to withdraw $40.00 from a nearby ATM, police said.

Afterwards–the suspects gagged and tied up the victim inside his home with a TV cable and audio patch cords. The victim was found several hours later by family members.
