Pennsylvania State Police seek help in locating a missing Megan’s Law offender. Luis Manuel Hernandez, 59, was released from the Berks County Prison on February 19 and failed to register his current address as required. Hernandez was convicted in June 2012 of Indecent Assault. His last known address was in Reading.
Hernandez is described as a white male, about 5 feet 11 inches tall, with brown eyes and black hair. Anyone who may know his whereabouts is asked to contact State Police, Reading Barracks at (610) 378-4011.
