19-year-old shot twice in Lancaster City

A 19-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot late Monday night in Lancaster City, police said. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of South Ann Street at 11:13 p.m. for a reported shooting.

According to police reports, the man was found lying in an alleyway with a gun shot wound to his torso and head.

He was taken to a local hospital and is listed in critical but stable condition. So far, no word yet on any suspects or arrests.
