Transition day Friday leads to a great weekend
FRIDAY: It’s mostly cloudy and misty to get us rolling, but winds have shifted and drier air and sunshine are on the way for midday with more clouds back for the afternoon and evening as a cold front passes. A few showers may develop for early evening plans, but generally we start to dry. With a change in flow, temperatures ramp up to the middle 70s for highs. Tonight, we drop to the middle 50s as high pressure rides into the state.
WEEKEND: Expect a tranquil and beautiful weekend for you with lots of sunshine a few clouds and warm weather. Highs both days should top out in the upper 70s with low humidity. Enjoy the great weather!
BEACH: The beach looks great for a second weekend in a row. Friday will feature mostly cloudy skies with a few storms possible along the Jersey shore. The rest of the weekend will be mostly sunny from NJ to DE to MD shorelines. Highs will be in the middle to upper 60s all weekend. Waves are 3-4 feet but waters are cool in the low 60s. Enjoy your trip!
NEXT WEEK: Monday is another good looking day, with highs now into the low 80s. It’s mainly sunny too. Warmer air settles in for mid-week, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in for Tuesday into Wednesday. The warmth comes with humidity and the unsettled weather looks to last a few days. More to come.
Have a fantastic Friday and a wonderful weekend. See you Saturday after the game, I’m in for Andrea.
