The U.S. Attorney in Harrisburg in charges two foreign nationals in two unrelated cases with illegal entry into the United States. Marcos Guillen-Guillen, 32, a native and citizen of Honduras and Johnny Martinez-Palacios, 32, also a native and citizen of Honduras are charged in separate one count indictments filed in federal court this morning. Both men were found in Cumberland County after eluding examination or inspection by immigration officers.

If convicted both men each face a maximum sentence of up to 6 months imprisonment and each a $5,000 fine.

The investigations were conducted by the U.S. Immigration and Customers Enforcement (ICE) and Removal Operations.
