East Pennsboro Police Department filed charges against two teenagers for making terroristic threats to other kids through cellphone messages.
From May 31 to June 1 victims were sent text message threats and images of what appeared to be a firearm, police said.
Those being bullied told their parents about the messages, and they contacted police. Police investigated and the 13 and 15 year-old suspects told police that the threats were a joke, and the firearm was an airsoft gun.
The charges are being handled through the juvenile court system.
