An arrest was made Thursday in a shooting that injured a 15-year-old boy in Lemoyne Borough last month.
Police charged 21-year-old Derek L. Olson, of Elizabethtown, with reckless endangering another person and carrying a firearm without a license.
The charges stem from a shooting that happened along the 500 block of Bosler Avenue on May 9. According to police reports, Olson admitted to shooting the teen but said it was an accident.
The teen was treated and recently released from Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
Olson was arrested Thursday and taken to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.
